Really nice apartment. Great location, so amazing to be near the market, the old part of town is fascinating and full of little shops. A few points to note: 1) a few essentials were missing: tea towels to dry cutlery etc; perhaps a few more hangers would have been nice, and perhaps more towels- we only had one towel each - if one of us was washing our hair, there was nothing to dry it with. I think just a hand towel for each would have been nice. 2) would have been good for there to be some info about where to put the bins / recycling policy. we found out eventually but having this info to hand would be a nice touch. 4) also a note to say what capsules the coffee maker takes would have been good. Just a few tips for the next time, but overall, we loved it. Thank you!

Ménage en cours à l'arrivée (16h, heure prévue du check-in) sans être prévenus avant. Pas de capsules de café (pas d'obligation mais qq unes en cadeau de bienvenue, ça fait toujours plaisir) Pas de lampes de chevets dans la petite chambre (compliqué quand on veut lire avant de s'endormir) Coin salon pas super cosy (canapé lit ferme et 3 petits tabourets... dur après une longue journée de marche) Remontées d'odeur d'égoûts dans la salle de bain (sûrement la faute de la veille ville) Literie limite (pour mon homme très grand et costaud - ce sont des choses qui arrivent - c’était limite) La liste n'est pas exhaustive mais je m'arrêterai là car quand on critique trop on se fait taxer de râleurs de français et le raccourci est trop facile... Pour finir sur une note positive j'ajouterai que la localisation est très sympa, idéale pour prendre un café le matin, un verre le soir, faire le marché etc... et la déco très mignonne et de bon goût ! Puisque les avis servent à partager l'expérience autant en profiter ! Housekeeping in progress when we arrived (at 4pm, scheduled check-in time) without being notified. If we had been, it would have changed everything. No coffee capsules (at least some welcome gift, this is not an obligation but it is much appreciated) No bedside lamps in the small room (complicated when you want to read before falling asleep) Lounge area not super cozy (sofa bed and 3 small stools ... not very comfy) Escapes of smell of sewage in the bathroom after the shower (probably the fault of the old city!) Insufficient bedding quality (for my very tall and beefy man - sorry it happens - nights were bad) The list is not exhaustive but I will stop there because when we criticize too much we are taxed with French whines and the shortcut is too easy ... To finish on a positive note, the location in the market square is ideal and the design cute and tasteful ! Since the reviews serve to share the experience as much as enjoy!

Clean, bright & great location
Very nice clean and bright apartment in an ideal location in the beautiful old town. The fresh food market is just a few steps away from the front door so we ate well everyday. The hosts provided comprehensive information about the area so we had plenty to do. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Meet clients at the apartment and not at the letting agency ( both on arrival and departure) Needs personal touches on arrival. Better bath towels. More kitchen plates, cups, glasses, etc. The apartment is up two flights of stairs in a charming old building. The apartment is beautiful, close to markets, restaurants, beach, train station, etc.

You couldn't ask for a more central location surrounded by shops restaurants ports and plages. Nicolas was a fantastic host. Fast in communications and ready to assist. We had a wonderful stay at Nicholas’s place. It’s a really cute apartment right in the center of old Antibes. In the morning there is a great farmers market outside with fruits, vegetables, pastries, and more. There are also some great restaurants in the area and fun shops. Nicholas did a great job at communicating with us and also gave us some great suggestions on where to eat. Also, Antibes is located right in the middle of other fun villages and towns that are fun to explore.

Excellent host and very friendly. Spoke great English. Apartment was tidy, clean, comfy and lots of space. Great shower, comfy bed and ideal location for the purpose of our visit. A WiFi problem was quickly fixed and we had great communication. 2nd floor apartment so away from any street noise but maybe not ideal if you have a problem with stairs. But overall one of the best AirBnB accommodations I have stayed in. Would definitely recommend and use again

Perfect location close to restaurants, shops and local market. Parking at 150m. Great host, friendly and responsive. We spent a week in this lovely apartment right in the centre of old Antibes. The market is a few steps from the front door and there are lots of interesting little corners and streets to explore. The weather was very mixed when we were there but the apartment was so nice and bright that we enjoyed just watching the world go by - the Picasso and antiquities museums were great and only a short walk away, with plenty to see in nearby towns too. We booked the Q-park parking online prior to arriving and were very happy with how this worked out - we were able to come and go freely and it is a really short walk to the apartment. A very good experience, friendly host, lovely apartment and great location.

Despite its bustling location surrounded by restaurants and bars, it is quiet at night and well sound-proofed. Everything you would wish to visit is within walking distance. There is parking at the Port Vaubain minutes away costing only 10 Euros per day. Our host responded immediately to queries and requests and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We will be back...

This is a great place! A perfect location to enjoy the best Antibes has to offer. Nicolas’ apartment is located in the center of the old town, right next to the Marche Provencal and just a few minutes walk from the marina and the Musee Picasso. We stayed for six days in Nicolas’ apartment and had a perfect time. The whole place is very tastefully designed, we found everything as described, and the entire interior is of very good quality. The interaction with our host was very pleasant and friendly. Nicolas gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home right away. Also, he responded instantaneously to all requests before and during our visit and was very flexible and generous with all the small bits and extras that came up during our visit. I can fully recommend this place - we had a perfect time, thanks!

If you are driving, stopping to drop off your bags is a little tricky as the front door is on a main street. Good for a group. While we were there the drains smelled some, but Nicolas did his best to get rid of it. Great location to explore Antibes.

It is so close to everything and even though some nights we had to stay in for dinner because our kids were tired, we still felt like we were amongst the action with all the bars and restaurants right downstairs. The double glazed windows made the apartment so quiet however when they were closed. It is beautiful renovated and has everything we needed for a great stay in Antibes. Highly recommend.

Nicolas is a brilliant host who was in touch regularly before we arrived, and answered all of our questions straight away whilst we were there. The apartment is beautiful, and right in the heart of Antibes old town (although is quiet and peaceful inside due to excellent windows!). It’s clean, big, light and airy - and with the comfiest beds! We stayed with 4 adults and one baby, and had loads of space! Thanks Nicolas.

The apartment is beautiful and so spacious. There was ample space for our family of four. It was also spotlessly clean and well decorated. The air conditioning was wonderful and made it so nice to come back and relax after a day in the sun. But the best part was the location. You are in the heart of the old town with so many shops and restaurants just outside your door. But the nice new windows make it still very quiet in the apartment. The beach was also just a short walk away. Nicolas provided information about the area and all communication was quick and easy. Check in was easy and not an issue even though our train was running late. I would highly recommend Nicolas’s place to anyone and hope to be back one day!

Nicolas was a great host and sent a great list of restaurants ahead of our stay and our check-in was seemless. The apartment is clean, has great aircon and is exactly as it appears in the photos. Appartement tres agreable, tres bien renove, propre et superbement situe au coeur du tres vivant et tres agreable Vieil Antibes avec une multitude de restaurants, bars, commerces a quelques metres ainsi que le marche couvert sur le Cours Massena. Les chambres sont tres calmes car situees a l’arriere de l’appartement. La salle de sejour est equipee de double-vitrage, aucun bruit lorsque les fenetres sont fermees. Climatisation dans chaque piece, grande salle de bain, toilette separee. Nicolas a ete tres reactif les rares fois ou nous l’avons contacte. La tres jolie plage de la Gravette n’est seulement qu’a 300 metres a pied. Facile pour nous qui avons deux jeunes enfants. Cet appartement est un tres bon choix ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Nicholas place is a great place to stay in Antibes . In the heart of the old port with lots of lovely restaurants , shops and bars close by . There is a wonderful market just below the apartment so there is a great atmosphere when you swing open the large shuttered windows onto the street below . The apartment is spotless and well equipped and is not noisy at night if the close the windows . The air Conditioners are very quiet and efficient . Communications were perfect and Nicholas is a perfect host ! I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and will return ! Also only 3 minutes walk from the Picasso museum and the beach .

The location just beside the Marché Provençal is amazing: have a morning stroll through it, getting delicious fresh food for breakfast and inspired for dinner was the best. Also, if you want to have dinner out, the location in the middle of the old town of Antibes offers you so much variety. We have - three adults and a toddler - have loved every minute in Antibes and Nicolas’ flat is only to recommend for a stay. All clean, the host too friendly and very responsive. And Nicolas provided us with many very helpful tipps for our stay! Thank you!

Brilliant central location to enjoy old Antibes and open the shutters to be part of the lively provençal market outside😃Nicolas and his team were fantastic with great communication and local knowledge to help us get the most out of our stay. They were also very accommodating with check in and out times to suit our flights. When staying with children it is handy to take into consideration that it is an apartment so expect noise from neighbours above you which did go on fairly late at night.

This place was great- perfect location in Antibes- close to the beach, the Picasso museum and the market (only open earlier in the day) Parking in Antibes is super expensive if you have a car- the parking lot is close but very pricy- not faulting the airbnb but a warning. We appreciated being able to do laundry, and the rooms were on the quiet side of the apartment- not the louder side overlooking the Main Street. Very clean, cute and central!

It could get quite noisy at the bar outside in the evenings, but good isolated windows. Bedrooms was quiet at the backside of the apartment. One of the doblebeds was very hard. We had some smell from the drain in the shower which came and went during the week. Communication with the owner was good. Always fast replies.

En plein cœur du veil Antibes, quartier très animé (mais super isolation phonique au salon et chambre donnant de l'autre côté sur rue très calme ), à 50 m de la mer, commerces et restaurants à côté. Gare à 5-10 minutes à pieds.... Hôte très réactif. Bref parfait pour tout séjour à Antibes

Lots of good restaurants and the provencal market right outside the doorstep (still the apartment was quiet. The bedrooms are by the way located in the opposite part of the apartment). The location was amazing, on a very cute street with farmer's market in the morning and walking distance to the Picasso museum. Can't wait to revisit Antibes again at stay at Nicolas's place.

It was lovely hearing the bustle from outside. A highlight of the trip was taking a swim one morning after waking up, only a 10-15 minute walk away.

This is a great apartment in a brilliant location. Nicolas is a super host who provided us with lots of places to eat in the area. The apartment is on the second floor (steps) with lovely views out of the kitchen window. It's spacious and bright with air con in both bedrooms. Toilet is separate from the main bathroom which has a good shower and basin. It was very clean and we did not experience any noise in the evenings despite being so close to the market. All in all a lovely place to visit.

A word of warning, the apartment is on the second floor, so, if you have heavy luggage, you've been informed! The air conditioner worked really well and was appreciated. The apartment is cozy and cute. Just about everything you need is available. The owner, Nicolas, replies quickly when you communicate via WhatsApp.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the water and on a street in the heart of the historic district close to lots of restaurants and bars. Along with that, it’s was still very quiet in the apartment (could not hear any street noise with the windows closed), which worked great for our family. We stayed here with small children but it’s also a great choice for adult groups given the location. Our hosts were very helpful in providing suggestions for local restaurants and attractions as well. This was our first time to the Côte d’Azur and I’m so happy we decided to stay in Antibes - a wonderful experience all around!

The hosts are outstanding! I’ve never received such fast responses to questions, quick troubleshooting, the host goes the extra mile and beyond to make your stay amazing! The apartment is comfortable, beds are great, it’s central, modern and anything you’d wish for in a getaway, the kitchen has basics which is a nice touch for the short term traveler. The neighbors upstairs in this particular apartment are quite noisy, a few kids running about and sound travels quite easily in the building, but other than that and a few smelly drains which were seen to immediately, I would definitely stay again. Thanks for being such awesome hosts.

Abbiamo trovato questo appartamento in una posizione ottima, nel cuore di Antibes ma allo stesso tempo in una zona silenziosa pur essendo a ridosso del mercato provenzale. L’appartamento è pieno di luce e ha ottimi e gradevoli spazi nella zona giorno. Purtroppo non lo abbiamo trovato così pulito come pensavamo e la zona notte veramente priva di ogni confort. Non c’è una abat-jour per legge a letto in tutta la casa. Peccato

L'appartement est plus que bien situé. Vous avons eu droit aux joies du marché provencal en bas de la porte sans être gênés par le bruit ( bon double vitrage) ou par les voitures. Nous avons ainsi pu nous balader aisément dans le vieil Antibes où tout se fait à pied. L'accès au parking sous-terrain tout proche permet d'être tranquille pour tout déplacement hors de la vieille ville. On a trouvé dans l'appartement tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour 4 adultes et un enfant. Tout est prévu sur place ( draps de lit, de bain, savons, wifi ... ) pour emporter le minimum avec soi. L'espace central est très lumineux et agréable à 5 personnes. L'équipe d'accueil et le propriétaire sont serviables, réactifs et à l'écoute ! Nous avons eu un souci avec la plaque de cuisson et un échange honnête et humain a permis de trouver un accord ... ceci est précieux (et malheureusement rare) dans la société d'aujourd'hui. Alors Grand Merci !

Our group of three adults and two small children had a terrific experience at Nicolas' apartment. It's a charming space located right in the middle of the old city and across from the main market, with direct access to restaurants, museums, beach, etc just steps away. At the same time, the apartment offers privacy and quiet, with great sound insulation and a cool environment during hotter weather. Nicolas was a great host, and was very responsive whenever a question came up. Parking can be tricky in the old town, but the parking Nicolas arranged for is convenient and nearby — a major value-add if you are travelling by car. Highly recommend!

The apartment's location in Vieux Antibes is as good as it gets: quick walk to the public beach, the provencal market, shopping, several restaurants, and the port. The parking garage is a little walk, but that will always be true when you stay in the "vielle ville" part of a city, since there is too little space for parking lots. This makes the parking pass included with the apartment even more essential so it's a great deal. The apartment itself is very thoughtfully furnished, there was nothing that we needed to ask for while we were there. It is clean, comfortable with A/C, and even has double-pane windows to keep out any noise so we slept tight at night. I highly recommend this apartment for it's unbeatable combination of location and comfort. Other reviewers also mentioned you must take stairs to get to the apartment, which is something to consider if you have mobility limitations. The old city in general is not very accommodating in terms of mobility because most buildings are too old for elevators and the lack of parking space necessitates walking to get to/from your car. You will see inside the apartment, however, very modern furnishings for comfortable stay.

The apartment is in a perfect central location, just beside the market so within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants but also the various beaches of Antibes too. The main living room/kitchen is light and airy and on an evening it’s great to have the front windows open to appreciate the atmosphere of the market and restaurants below. Once closed the double glazed windows ensure the front room is very quiet - the bedrooms at the back are silent! Air con was great, beds were comfortable with spare linen and duvet, and the bathroom with walk in shower was super easy for the kids post the beach. Small touches like the drying rack and bathroom products were appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. We stayed as a family with 4 with 2 children (aged 4 and 6) and found we had plenty of space. Nicolas and the team were super helpful and easy to deal with, with very timely responses.

A beautiful apartment in a gorgeous location! Walk to your choice of beaches, stroll through the streets of the old town, watch from above as the street below transforms from day time market to nighttime dining! This place has it all- you won’t be disappointed. The parking is down the street but it really wasn’t an issue and we quite enjoyed our walk through the market to get to the car. So much more than we expected and we will definitely come back:)

We loved this apartment. I couldn't imagine a more ideal location. The market, the ramparts, the Picasso Museum, the ocean, they were all *right there*. The apartment was light and bright, thanks to the two large windows in the main room overlooking the wide street. It was spacious and very tastefully decorated. The two bedrooms were nice and they each had lovely views overlooking the rooftops of Antibes. The included parking at the nearby parkade was most appreciated! Nicolas was very responsive. He responded immediately and patiently when I couldn't figure out how to operate the oven. The only negative would be that we were required to pick up and drop off the keys at his office, which was a distance away from the apartment. Nonetheless, this place was great. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

La localisation du logement est parfaite, c’est agréable de tout faire à pied pour aller faire ses courses ou encore se promener. Nous étions au pied du marché provençal, c’est agréable de nos jours de pouvoir trouver des produits locaux et à des tarifs raisonnables. Une mention spéciale pour la place de parking, merci car sans ça, le stationnement serait compliqué… à pendre en compte quand on vient loger dans le vieil Antibes. Le logement est fonctionnel, la douche pratique et à haute pression. Le canapé convertible dans le salon est parfait pour les enfants, ce n’est pas négligeable. Nel nostro caso accessibilità difficoltosa con una bimba di due anni in passeggino, col parcheggio lontano e senza possibilità di carico scarico delle valige. Molto apprezzato il badge per il parcheggio sotterraneo incluso nell’alloggio. La scala condominiale di accesso è in condizioni un po’ fatiscenti con piastrelle distaccate, ma capisco che il proprietario non possa farci molto. La pulizia dell’appartamento non era proprio impeccabile e sarebbe necessario un intervento di pulizia più profonda delle tappezzerie del divano e delle sedie.

Great apartment, right in the heart of Antibes. Nicolas was very friendly and kind do make my check in and check out easy. I am a frequent traveler to Antibes and this was one of the best apartments I stayed at so far. I think it’s very suitable for long stays as well as short stays as it has everything you need. I definitely would like to stay in Nicolas’ apartment in the future again.

We had a great time in Antibes and really enjoyed our stay in the appartement. It’s a good size for a family of 4. What we loved about it is the location. It’s right in the centre of Antibes. There are a lot of choices of bakery and restaurants nearby. The market just underneath. So we were spoilt with choices of amazing food! We didn’t have a car and it was not a problem at all. Nicolas and the team were responsive and accommodating to our request to leave our suitcases in their office as our flight was late afternoon and we had to check out at 10am.

Our second stay in this apartment, and even though five people sharing one bathroom sometimes is a bit crowded, it is perfectly suitable for that many people. The apartment is nice, clean and quiet, and everything is in walking distance. Highly recommended.

After the taxi dropped us by the office to collect the keys, it then took us as far into the old town as possible before we had to walk. It is possible to get dropped right outside, but I think the driver wasn’t sure how to get there. Anyway, once inside our perfect holiday began. The apparement was a great base from which to explore Antibes. The marché provençal is right outside and full of colour and beautiful produce. Le Zinc restaurant just downstairs also served us some great food one evening. There are a plethora of local bakery’s, the city beach is a 5 minute walk away (the flat has beach parasols by the boiler; don’t buy another one when you get to the beach like we foolishly did) and other beautiful beaches with views of the ramparts and mountains are about a 14 minute walk away. The street outside has a lovely hum of diners in the evening but as said already, the balcony doors keep any noise out when closed, as well as any adventurous pigeons!

Wir haben uns in der geschmackvollen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war gut, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Lage war für uns optimal. Die Nähe zum Markt, zur Innenstadt und zum Strand haben wir genossen. Der Ausblick über die Dächer von Antibes war sehr idyllisch. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung lief komplikationslos. Auf unseren Wunsch die Wohnung zwei Stunden später zu verlassen wurde sofort problemlos eingegangen. Wir würden hier wieder herkommen!

Don't book this place: - if you value a good night's sleep (worn out mattresses) - if you come with a family (electrical sockets sticking out of the wall) - if you don't like to be overcharged The place was nice, location is perfect. But upon our arrival, we noticed that many amenities were in poor condition (notably the two things mentioned above). We also found hair ties on the floor, indicating less-than-ideal cleaning standards. Normally, we don't fuss over such issues and chose not to report them, despite the mattress and electrical socket situations being somewhat beyond our comfort zone. Traveling with kids, we didn't want to fight about these, only enjoy the holidays. That was our mistake. Our 1-year-old accidentally broke a lamp ($25 value). When we let the host know that we'd like to pay for that, they tried to charge us for many other things we did not broke (demanding ~$120 extra). It's not just non-sense, but leaves a very bad taste after our holiday. Avoid this place.

The location and apartment are great. Parking is not as close as we were told. The guy that lives downstairs is an angry troll. We were VERY quiet and he pounded on our door screaming in our face as soon as we open the door - that we were running around and walking too loud. We honestly were not. He then decided to play heavy metal music very loudly the rest of the weekend. Joke was on him and honestly proved our point as we could only hear the music when the apartment door was open. So, obviously the floors are thick enough to block sound. Other than that the aprentment was good.

Great communication with owner who answered any questions promptly - including on the day of arrival when they allowed us to check in early and get in out of the rain. Really good location and with the bedrooms being at the back of the property it was quiet despite overlooking the market. The only issue we had with the stay was the strong smell from the drains - i dont know if this is common for Antibes. Keeping the bathroom door closed at all times did help.

We came for a business stage during MIPIM, and the first and last two days of our stay we only spent the nights in the appartment. The days in between were real holidays, and that‘s when the place is really amazing. Two steps from the market hall and close to lots of Restaurants and bars you can absolutely enjoy Antibes. The most convenient aspect (coming by car) is the car parking access for free that really made our days. No worries where to put the Van in the medieval heart of town 😎
