    Logement bien placé, conforme aux photos sur le site, mais pas adapté aux enfants, les chaises du coin repas étaient inconfortables et mes enfants ont mangés debout toute la semaine et quand j'ai demandé des chaises de remplacement ont m'a donné une adresse de boutique pour aller me fournir moi-même !! Pas de micro-ondes n'en plus...

    Newly renovated. Great. Clean. Just mind that the living quarters are on a level above the main entrance and the staircase is narrow. We left our bags on the main level as the staircase is very steep and narrow. Had a lovely time as the unit is in the heart of it all.

    Lovely spacious flat. Nicely decorated. Lovely bathroom facilities. Great location, close to bars and restaurants. No parking but you can park in the public underground car park which isn't too far away. This apartment is in the old town, so no lift to the apartment, just be aware in case you have a heavy suitcase.

    Logement parfaitement situé, au plein coeur du centre ville d'Antibes et proche de tout, notamment de la gare dont le trajet s'y fait en 10 minutes à pied. L'appartement est très spacieux et parfait pour 4 personnes. Nous devions rendre l'appartement à 11h le matin mais l'agence a eu la gentillesse de nous garder nos valises jusqu'à 17h le soir.

    Die Wohnung wurde gut renoviert und liegt sehr zentral. Ist aber dennoch ruhig. Die Küche ist mittelmässig gut bestückt. Das Bad ist sehr grosszügig. Die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern ist sehr steil und daher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wer etwas unsicher im Tritt ist, hat hier Probleme. Das sollte man berücksichtigen. Was wir etwas fragwürdig fanden, war das Gebäude. Das Stiegenhaus ist undurchlüftet (starker Geruch), dunkel und ungepflegt. Wir wissen, dass dies eine Bewertung der Wohnung ist, möchten aber gerne drauf hinweisen, da es auch für uns eine Überraschung war.

    L’appartement de Nicolas est confirme à sa description. Il est très bien décoré et très charmant en plus d’être climatisé. Ce qui est top c’est sa situation. Proche de tout, on peut tout faire à pied. Personnellement, ma pièce préférée: la salle d’eau!

    L’appartement est très beau, parfaitement équipé et très bien situé dans le vieil Antibes. Malgré sa situation au centre ville, l’appartement est très calme. Attention aux personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer l’appartement se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur et l’accès au chambre se fait par un escalier très en pente. L’accueil est très bien fait. Nous recommandons !

    Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore della città vecchia di Antibes. Casa ristrutturata di recente, molto bella e moderna. Letti comodi, spazio living molto ampio. Silenziosa. Aria condizionata in entrambe le camere e nella zona giorno. Piccoli difetti (ma non cambiano il nostro giudizio positivo): - scale interne rumorose - pochi spazi di appoggio (mensole o mobiletti) - assenza di prodotti essenziali in cucina (olio, zucchero...) Ci siamo trovati comunque benissimo, agenzia ben organizzata e facilmente contattabile. Super-consigliato

    The apartment is light and spacious and is in the perfect location. Nicolas and the Bnbhere team were very responsive and clear with all instructions. Only note was that the apartment needed a good hoover as the floor was very dirty and no toilet roll in apartment. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you

    L'appartement était confortable, propre et très bien situé et nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. L'appartement aurait cependant besoin d'un rafraîchissement: les murs (blancs) étaient très sales (traces de meubles et de valises, nombreuses traces de doigts) et le plancher flottant bougeait. Autre bémol: la salle de bain ne dispose ni d'une fenêtre, ni d'un système de ventilation. L'air (en hiver) était donc très humide dans l'appartement et nous avons du aérer constamment.

    A fantastic apartment. Perfect size for us……two adults and two teenagers. Great location in a quiet street in the centre of Antibes. Short walk to the beach, markets and shops. The BNBHere team were great. Answered questions quickly, and the check in/out process is easy and flexible.

    Amazing location! Could not have a better location in Antibes. Walk out the door and everything is there. Beach is just down the block and a 3 minute walk. Loved the location and the place is HUGE. So much space. Family of 4 with 2 older teenage boys and we had so much room. Beds were so comfortable and loved how we all had our own space. Air Conditioning was great as it was so hot and humid. Was so sad to leave. We had communication during our stay and they always responded promptly. Very thankful we stayed here.

    Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Mitten im Zentrum - besser geht es nicht. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet und zum Wohlfühlen. Auch wenn man eine starke Nutzung an den verschmutzten Wänden und dem beanspruchten Boden erkennt. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war sehr minimal ausgestattet. Es gab zB nur eine Kaffeetasse. Da die Schlafzimmer oben und Bad/ WC unten waren, wäre eine Nachtbeleuchtung von Vorteil - insbesondere mit Kindern. Die Kommunikation lief super. Vielen Dank dafür.

    L’appartamento al terzo ed ultimo piano era molto silenzioso, perfetto per girare a piedi e dove sotto casa trovavi tutto : ristoranti, alimentari, negozi vari ed in 5 minuti si arriva alla spiaggia della Gravette. All’interno era provvisto di tutto il necessario, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, stoviglie e asciugami da bagno. La città vecchia di Antibes ha sempre un grande fascino e Settembre è un periodo fantastico.

    Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette ville et région. L’appartement est très bien équipé et bien décoré. Il est bien situé, il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin à proximité, restaurant, boulangerie, épicerie, bar, tabac, carrefour marketing, parc pour enfant et les balades dans les rues , au bord de mer et au port. Quel agréable endroit que ce soit pour un couple, en solo et même en famille. Tout est réuni pour se sentir bien et sans contrainte. Merci aux hôtes, à l’agence qui ont été plus que professionnel et tellement gentil. À une prochaine sûrement 😉😊 Je recommande les yeux fermés

    Det är ett vackert och centralt boende, med högt i tak och alla funktioner man kan önska sig. Internet fungerar rimligt bra i alla rum och det fanns gott om plats. På minus sidan är extremt slitna och smutsiga väggar, det finns fläckar precis överallt. Möbleringen är inte särskilt genomtänkt, det saknas t.ex. vardagsrumsbord eller bänkar. Porslin och köksutrustning var i dåligt skick och inte komplett ens för 2, t.ex. bara 1 vinglas och stekpannor var runda i botten, gick inte att använda på induktionshällen. Det luktar unket i duschen. Det var mycket dåligt städat, damm på golven, fläckiga lakan och en ugn som det inte gick att laga mat i. Om värden målar och städar ordentligt kan man med små åtgärder omvandla lägenheten till en 5a.

The apartment's location was great (especially if you’re not travelling by car, otherwise be prepared to pay 50€ per day for public parking…), and the freshly painted walls gave a clean feel. The availability of Netflix and comfortable beds were definite pluses. However, I was disappointed to find mold in the bathroom, and the pots and pans were clearly used and need replacement. The overall cleanliness of the floor and the bathroom needs improvement; a better cleaning service is necessary to match the state given on the photos.

    The place was quite average, with noticeable issues such as lifting floors and discrepancies between the advertised photos and the actual condition. I was particularly concerned about safety as there were no smoke alarms as the one in the apartment had been removed and not reinstalled, despite being on the third floor and the building had no fire detection system and no fire escape, Additionally, the bathroom door was faulty, potentially trapping someone inside, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Stained beds, dirty curtains, cutlery, and dishes reflected a need for a thorough makeover. Overall, the place felt worn-out and neglected."
