    Appartement bien agencé et propre, conforme aux photos. Le salon et le coin cuisine sont bien équipés. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais assez petite, la baignoire a besoin d’être changée (peinture éclatée, à marche). Pour la chambre, lit très confortable, rangements mansardés mais il y a de la place. L’immeuble est très bien situé dans le vieil Antibes, par contre la montée d’escalier n’est malheureusement pas entretenue. La fenêtre donnant sur une petite ruelle est un avantage car cela est très calme.

    The host is very helpful and responsive when raising questions; he has been quick in responding back to my queries and he always has tried to be helpful and kind; he is a professional person. Very much appreciated! Check-in has been handled by a different person with scarse English communication skills; general behaviour and manners might improved (from my personal point of view). However, set of information sent via WhatsApp was sufficiently completed for all the check-in and check-out procedure. The apartment is located in a very nice area of the old town and looks as in the pictures; it is the middle of everything as is it very close to restaurants, bars, pastries and food store. Furniture is new and well equipped with anything you may need; I appreciated that. However, cleanness might improved: the shower box needs renovation as the painting looks like overused and old / ruined (spotted!!), the window shutters were covered - at the top- by pigeons left overs, few beetles appeared in the kitchen at night, night stands close to the bed might be cleaner. The common areas of the building (main entrance and stairs) really need some re-painting and more cleaning.

    Will book again for my next visit in Antibes, I liked the location, the layout of the studio, as well as its content, not just for the eye, but for its functionality. Truly a gem! The place is perfectly located in the heart of a very nice area of the old town in the midst of all the restaurants, supermarkets and boutiques, just a few steps away from the Marché Provençal with all the fresh tasty local produces. It is also bright and quiet, as it overlooks a courtyard. I love having breakfast with fresh croissants and baguette right downstairs at the café Clémenceau on the place Nationale. The loft studio isn’t that big, but super cute and very comfortable: separate bedroom is upstairs with an amazingly comfortable bed under the roof, bathroom has one of those old fashioned tubs and a modern laundry machine, overall nice new furniture, stylish TV, kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel everything and even has an oven. Host is easy to connect with to answer all my questions and for an speedy check in. Place was super clean. Only thing is the stairwell is under renovation.

    Équipe très arrangeante. Possibilité de prendre les cles dans une petite boîte devant l'agence quo se trouve à quelques minutes à pieds du logement. Par contre, il y avait des cafards dans le logement. Nous sommes arrivées très tard. Nous avons dû trouver en urgence une solution pour nous loger à la dernière minute. Équipe tres réactive. Ils ont compris que nous ne pouvions pas rester ainsi dans le logement.

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Antibes dans l’appartement de Nicolas. L'emplacement est idéal avec les bars et restaurants juste en bas, la plage à 5min à pied, en plein cœur du centre-ville. Malgré tout on entend rien dans l’appartement c'est très calme, les fenêtres donnant sur une cour intérieure. Les lits sont incroyablement confortables et l’appartement est bien équipé sauf petit bémol : pas d'aération dans la salle de bain/les toilettes. Bref, merci et je recommande !

    It is sweet, clean studio with very good location. Close to parking, beach, Pisasso museum, restaurants. It has even very confortable bed. Nicolas was also very helpful. Next time we visit Antibes we will definately look for this accomodation. We felt like at home :) Thank you!

    Die Wohnung war sehr schön gelegen. Direkt in der Altstadt, aber zum Hinterhof, daher war es recht ruhig. Man braucht nur ca 5 Minuten zum nächsten Strand. Die Duschwanne ist schon etwas älter und die Farbe blättert ab. Leider ist die Form auch ein bisschen unpraktisch. Der Duschvorhang war schimmelig. Der Rest der Wohnung war sauber. Dennoch hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Antibes.

    The flat is located in the heart of the old town and very close to the sea which was very great. The air conditioning provides a pleasant room temperature but is quite loud. For 3 people the flat is quite small but it is okay when you do not come to Antibes to stay at the flat the whole day ;-). Thanks to Nicolas and Team.

    Dans l’ensemble l’appartement est plutôt correct. L’emplacement est parfait (5min de la plage,commerces, restaurant). Cependant, au niveau de la propreté, on a trouvé cela insuffisant, notamment au niveau du canapé/lit, nous avons aperçu des punaises de lit qui nous ont piqué (plusieurs boutons dans le corps)

    This worked perfectly for me and my friend. Amazing location and had everything we needed. They have used the space really wisely! The only thing we were surprised by was the amount of stairs we had to climb with our luggage to get to the apartment. We have also been moved out of the accommodation for 7 days and have not yet heard of our deposit return.
