   L’esprit AirBnB n’y est pas ... j’ai réservé sans savoir qu’il s’agissait d’une société de conciergerie ! Pas de clef pour les poubelles ... douche qui ne se fixe pas ... plaques électriques qui chauffent à 20 à l’heure ... et le pompon ils ont essayé de m’obliger à recevoir des ouvriers ... pour l’installation d’une climatisation pendant mon séjour !!??? Ce qui me rend si dure ce dont leur propos a votre arrivée qui vous explique qu’ils sont les meilleurs et que leurs locations sont parfaites ... prétendre est une chose assurer en est une autre 🤔 Rien à voir avec l’échange avec un particulier !! Je n’y reviendrai pas 😫

   Superbe logement ! Très fonctionnel et très propre, superbe cuisine tte équipée. À 5mn de la plage du Ponteil. Assez grd balcon pour les repas. Connexion wifi et grande télé. À 15mn à pieds du centre ville et de la gare TGV. Les proprios sont très sympas, à l'écoute et surtt très réactifs en cas de problème. Mon séjour s'est super bien passé ! Merci beaucoup !

    Highly recommend staying at Nicolas’s place. The check in was easy and the apartment was very clean! He even offered to buy a mattress topper for the bed as we found it a bit stiff! So all in all you can be assured you’re in good hands! The location is excellent, walk to the beach and old town within 5mins. Good base if you have a car and want to see the rest of Côte d’Azur!     The studio is very central, a walking distance from railway- and bus stations, old town, the sea. Many shops and restaurants near by. The street is quiet. Nice to have breakfast on the balcony. The bathroom is good size and everything is light and airy. Communication with Nicholas was excellent.

    Das Studio liegt an einer zentraler Lage in direkter nähe zum Meer und der wunderschönen Altstadt. Nicolas war sehr freundlich auch ein später ckeck-in war kein Problem. Das Ausziehsofa fanden wir trotz Topper nicht bequem aber für den Preis und die Lage ok. Leider hatte es keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator, da es schnell heiss wird im Studio wäre das nicht schlecht gewesen. Uns gefiel besondrrs der Einrichtungsstil, die Lage und der Parkplatz:-) danke Nicolas

    We enjoyed our stay at this place. It is nicely decorated with a scandinavian style and perfectly located between old city and beach. We loved that! Except of the mattress, which you have to put on the sleeping couch, everything was clean. It was pretty warm in the apartment and the little fan was unfortunately not enough. We would recommend to install an a/c. The kitchen was also nicely equipped, but essentials like sugar for some coffee are missing, so you would have to get that. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Nicolas sent us tons of city tips. Wifi was good! We would come back and recommend the place.

    Our stay was pleasant enough, and the hosts were accommodating in allowing us to store our luggage at their office for the day as we arrived earlier than the stated check in time of 4 pm. The apartment was tidy, the futon mattress was not very comfortable, and I did feel a little hesitant that the linens and towels were totally clean. The location is suitable, a bit of a walk to the main touristy or beachy areas so if you are looking to be a bit removed from the action it will work well for you. It was a good option but I'm not sure if it was the right fit for me.

    Schönes Appartement in toller Lage. Man braucht nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt und zum Strand. Nicolas war ein großartiger Gastgeber, der sich viel Mühe gegeben hat, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich zu gestalten. Die Schlafcouch war leider etwas hart, die Dusche ein bisschen eng und die Luft in der Wohnung trotz Ventilator oft sehr warm, aber abgesehen von diesen Kleinigkeiten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

    We really enjoyed our time at this apartment - it was a perfect location, close to the old town and to the beach. Nicholas was very prompt with all of his responses and gave us helpful tips. We arrived late in the evening and he was extremely accommodating. The parking is very handy too. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Nicolas and his wife are very nice, helpful and responsive. They provided very clear instructions for check in and check out and some great local tips.     Great location - Picasso museum, beach, town center, restaurants. Nicolas and the person who met us, François, were very nice and helpful, responding at once. The apparent is rather cozy too. The street is a bit noisy, and every morning garbage cars are doing their job with awful sounds, but if you're not going to sleep a lot, that's fine. Parking lot is available, but it's rather hard to park a car there. But possible. Also I think we wouldn't cope with self check-in, it was our luck to come rather early and meet François. But still it was a good time there, thank you!

    I didn't meet Nicolas but his communication is excellent. Always happy to help and responding quickly to my questions about the place or recommendations to buy things or where to go out. Check-in meant getting a key from a street box about 1km away from the flat. Not the most convenient but doable. The flat is located in a quieter (than the town centre) and more business area of Antibes. You can walk to the town in 10mins and also to Juan Le Pins in 25mins. It is convenient with several supermarkets, grocers, even a fishmonger I discovered (next to Intermarche) and bakeries without needing to go into town. There is a private carparking space which is invaluable. Note that it is small and next to a wall, so would not be suitable for large or wide vehicles (I had to climb out of the passenger seat to exit the car). But the street parking is always full so it's worth it. The flat itself is a medium sized studio with a couch fold-out bed. It is reasonable with a soft foam mattress topper, and to me was as good as a soft double bed (less so if you need a firm/hard bed). There is a wall heater in the place and also a heated towel rack in the bathroom making it fine for winter. The kitchen is nicely equipped including oil and salt. There is a coffee machine but no filter paper. There is a quite large TV you can watch French channels or your own movies on a USB. Wifi was reliable and fast. There was also a beach umbrella and suncream for the warmer months. Overall it was a very comfortable stay in a quieter part of Antibes and a little away from the centre. I'd recommend it.

    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Nicolas. L'appart est joliment décoré, au calme, l'espace est cosy et chaleureux. L'emplacement est idéal, la plage se trouve à 2 min à pied, commerces à 5 min, la gare à 20 min, la vielle ville à 10/15 min en se promenant en bord de mer. Nicolas nous a fourni plein de bonnes adresses de restos non-touristiques, d'endroits à visiter. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Merci!

    Appartamento conforme alle aspettative,pulito,funzionale,luminoso,con tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno ad Antibes. Bagno con box doccia e prodotti da bagno. Divano letto con biancheria e asciugamani. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Posizione comodissima a due passi dal mare,comodo e ampio parcheggio in garage. Possibilità di soggiornare con il nostro cagnolino. Completa la sistemazione un bel terrazzino dove poter pranzare all'aperto. Host Nicolas&co. super consigliati,rapidissimi nella risposta per l'affitto dell'appartamento,per il checkin e per qualsiasi altra necessità. Checkout facile e rapido. Sicuramente da tener presente per la prossima visita in costa azzurra!

    L’appartamento è situato in una posizione ottima per raggiungere la zona centrale , il porto e la spiaggia , ed è arredato bene , dispone di molti comfort ed il proprietario risponde in maniera celere a tutte le domande . La ragazza che ci ha portato le chiavi è stata molto gentile e professionale . Ottimo anche la possibilità di poter posteggiare la proprio auto nel posteggio privato , cosa da non poco! Unico neo è la pulizia soprattutto della cucina e del terrazzino che non erano proprio messi bene ... Comunque consiglio a tutti questo appartamento e sono sicuro che provvederanno a rendere migliore anche l’aspetto della pulizia . Grazie per l’ospitalità !

    Die Lage dieses Apartments ist ideal: sehr nah zum Strand und ebenso zur wundervollen Altstadt Antibes. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Die Dusche ist warm und ich habe mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Trotz all der guten Bewertungen bin ich persönlich enttäuscht über die Sauberkeit und vor allem über die Kooperation mit dem Gastgeber, wenn Dinge nicht funktionieren. Für alle späteren Besucher: Den Müll kann man nicht wie angegeben im -1 (Keller/Garage), sondern im Erdgeschoss entsorgen. Die zwei Schlüssel, die man erhält und in den Lift mitnehmen soll funktionieren nicht für den Lift, weshalb wir über eine Stunde im Keller eingeschlossen waren. Ich hoffe, diese Fehlinformation wird bald behoben, sodass weitere Gäste von dieser Erfahrung verschont werden.

    The best service I have ever had in an Airbnb. I asked a question about something when we arrived at 1.30am and they answered straight away and came and gave it to me. Also the last day I got us locked in the garage somehow, and within 5 mins Nicolas was there to save us. The cleanliness and location of the apartment is amazing. We will definitely be back :)

    Prima appartement op een ideale locatie. Op warme dagen door afwezigheid van airco wel lastig koel te houden. De loopafstand naar strand en het oude Antibes maken alles goed. Parkeerplaats onder het appartement aanwezig. Dit is perfect geregeld. Door prima treinverbinding met alle plaatsen aan de cote d azur hebben de hele week de auto niet meer van de plaats gehad. Fijne vakantie met dit appartement als prima uitvalsbasis

    Thanks a lot for this amazing time in Antibes. It is such a beautiful city and the apartment is perfectly located so you can reach everything by walking. The beach is super pretty and super close as well as the old town. The flat was very stylish and perfect for our stay. We can only recommend Nicolas and the Bnbhere Team. The communication was super easy and fast and we would definitely come back to this nice apartment and beautiful city.

    The apartment is in a very good Location & you can reach the beach as well as the city center within just a few minutes walking. The apartment itself is well equipped and quite spacious however I guess it had seen better days. It isn’t as new and modern as in the pictures anymore and as others reviews say quite loud since you hear the street and neighbors. The free parking spot however is amazing and also the communication with Nicolas and team is super fast and they give helpful tips! So if you are looking for a well located apartment with a parking spot and don’t attach great importance on modernness or coziness this is your Deal!

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement proche à la fois du centre ville et des plages. L’appartement était très propre ! L’ascenseur et le parking sont de vrais plus !! Seul point négatif, le canapé lit qui n’est vraiment pas confortable et qu’il faudrait changer.

    Solides Apartment, welches sauber ist und in guter Lage zum Strand liegt. Die Parkmöglichkeiten haben wir nicht genutzt, weil wir mit der Bahn angereist sind, vom Bahnhof sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Außerdem gibt es ein paar Supermärkte oder Bäckereien in der Nähe. Die schöne Innenstadt von Antibes ist auch zu Fuß mega angenehm zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief problemlos, wir konnten unser Gepäck sowohl vor Check-In als auch Check-Out in der Agentur unterstellen. Einziger Punkt, der etwas negativ war, ist der, dass wir nicht auf Anhieb das richtige Apartment im Gebäude auf der dritten Etage gefunden haben. Die Beschreibung auf airbnb ist nicht sehr eindeutig, da hätten wir uns entweder eine bessere Beschreibung gewünscht oder jemanden, der uns das richtige Apartment zeigt.

    The Agency where brilliant and very responsive but the electrics in the property had multiple shortages and the balcony was filthy as with under the sofa bed and hair all over the apartment. On top of that the apartment next door was being renovated so the drilling and banging didn’t stop all day from 8am till 3pm so couldn’t relax at all and the TV is set so low you can’t even hear it at night let alone try use it to deaden the sound of drilling and banging from the construction workers next door so I handed the keys in a day early and got somewhere else to stay.

     The apartment is well located with parking but you might be unlucky and somebody stole your spot but it is France so that’s how it works. Unfortunately there was work going on the floor above so it was really noisy from 8 o’clock sharp. This is of course unfortunate for me but there was a notice in the hallway the agency didn’t know about it if I would’ve known, I would’ve chosen another place.

     Un studio parfaitement propre à notre arrivée et qui correspondait exactement à l’annonce. Idéalement située nous avons pu profiter pleinement de Antibes en faisant tout à pied ! Le studio est fonctionnel et la clim offre un vrai confort durant ces fortes chaleurs. La communication avec l’agence est très facile et ils sont bien aimables ! Je recommande vivement !

     La casa è in un'ottima posizione e sarebbe stata fantastica se fosse stata pulita e se avessimo potuto usare la cucina. Abbiamo trovato il piano cucina appiccicoso, il lavandino sporco e pieno di acqua, otturato con centinaia di moschini. Evidentemente le pulizie non erano state fatte. L'asse del wc era sporca e sotto il divano era pieno di polvere. I piatti e le pentole erano tutti sporchi e non avendo il lavello non potevamo lavarli. Il lavandino del bagno è molto piccolo e non si riesce ad usare per lavare le stoviglie. Avevamo prenotato un appartamento con angolo cottura perché abbiamo problemi di intolleranze alimentari e purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usare molto la cucina. Il personale dell'agenzia è stato molto gentile, parlavano perfettamente italiano, e hanno chiamato l'idraulico che è uscito senza risolvere il problema. Come già comunicato all'agenzia dovrebbero controllare e pulire meglio la casa.
