    Parfait petit appartement, idéal pour 6 personnes, a quelques centaines de mètres du bord de mer. A proximité des rues piétonnes. Les hôtes ont été sympa. On recommande.

    Superbe appartement offrant de très belles prestations, emplacement idéal (bye-bye la voiture, tout se fait à pieds) dans un environnement idyllique (le parc et la piscine sont sublimes), le tout au calme...que demander de plus ? la météo ; ) Accueil dynamique et très sympathique, tout en sourire !

  3. Just perfect - beyond expectations

    This was my first time to use airBnb. From start to finish the service from Airbnb staff was professional, slick, welcoming and accommodating. It was easy to communicate with them at all times and they were very responsive. The apartment itself was a 5 star experience. Everything was as advertised and better. There were nice small touches like coffee pods, olive oil , vinegar, sugar and soap and dishwasher & washing tablets at the apartment , things you don’t want to have to buy for a three day stay - that was very kind and thoughtful. Top marks and thank you to Nicolas and Francois especially. Sarah and family.

    Generally a very good appartment. Nice poll area and quite and relaxing neigbourhood. Beaches in Antibes are ok, but most of space occupied by hotels and bars.

    We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the apartment is perfect. Pool, tennis court and a garage. Close to the beach and restaurant. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. We had a great time!

    Grand appartement très lumineux avec grandes terrasses, au centre de Juan les Pins et a la mer, calme dans un bâtiment moderne, parking couvert. Très bien maintenu, propre et doté de tout ce qu'il faut. Staff excellent et immédiatement réactif à n'importe quelle requête

    La sympathie et la professionalité de François-Alain lors du check-out nous ont fait oublier les quelques indications négatives sur la propreté à l'arrivée.     Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans ce joli appartement. Nous étions 5 adultes et 1 enfant. Nous avions assez d'espace pour ne pas nous marcher dessus. L'appartement est idéalement placé, à quelques mètres du bord de mer et des rue piétonnes de Juan les pins. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs, disponibles et sympathiques, avec une bonne bouteille de vin en guise de bienvenue. Bref, on recommande et nous reviendrons dès que possible.

    We had a lovely stay in Nicolas's apartment! It is very stylish and it was so clean. We loved the location and it was great to have a parking spot and elevator! The view from the balcony was great! We really enjoyed the old town of Antibes, it was one of our favorite towns we visited on the French Riviera! We also liked how close it was for a day trip to Nice. We would love to come back here again some day! We highly recommend staying here!

    The apartment complex is quiet, the bedrooms are very dark at night thanks to the black out shades, the beds were comfortable and the use of the pool was great. Finding the apartment building itself was very stressful as the link on the air bnb website didn’t work and when we typed the address we were given into google maps it took us somewhere else. There were four of us and none of us could figure it out. I would ask the hosts to send you clearer instructions on how to find the place. For example a photo of the name of the building and what corner it’s opposite. There was plenty of space in the apartment for four adults and had everything we needed in the kitchen for breakfast and dinner preparation. The balcony and view over the garden and pool gave it a peaceful feeling. There are a couple of supermarkets 5 minutes walk away and the walk to the old town took around 25 minutes but was lovely along the coast. Great beach, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

    I’ve never given a bad review but our experience here was not the best. The location of this place is incredible. However I would not recommend this place to anyone until the following is fixed - - making sure the place is cleaned and ready for the pre-communicated check in time of 4pm (we had to wait and stand in the cold for two hours while they finished cleaning it, and this was not communicated to us for the first hour at all). We had no idea what was going on! And no apology either. - Some bowls to eat cereal with -A tv that gets channels on it - A toilet paper roll holder in the toilet so the toilet paper isn’t just sitting on the floor - Replacement taps in both bathroom taps - they are way too hard to use without the pressure making them spray everywhere - A replacement shower head for one of the shower heads which has to be held up to be used - The listing is not clear - there is only one toilet, not two. We did have a good time while we stayed there, it wasn’t awful. but we just didn’t feel that the listing matched what we thought would be provided in the apartment.

Au coeur d'un parc somptueux et au calme, il est très agréable à vivre. Il est très bien équipé et très propre comme le montrent les photos. Il a aussi l'avantage d'être exceptionnellement bien placé pour un séjour sans voiture (qui reste au parking). Tout est facilement accessible à pied : plage, commerces, gare...

    Merci beaucoup pour tout ! Notre séjour a été fantastique. On est venu avec un bébé et on avait tout ce qui fallait pour accueillir le bébé dans l’appartement (lit, chaise haute, baignoire etc). De plus il y avait une piscine pour les enfants en plus de la grande piscine de la résidence. L’emplacement était idéal (proche mer et centre ville) La cuisine est bien équipée. Le parking est un plus également. Les hôtes ont répondu favorablement à toutes nos demandes en un record de temps. Le jardin est très beau également. Grand merci !

    Emplacement excellent, résidence un peu âgée mais avec très belle piscine et 2 courts de tennis, appartement tout à fait fidèle à la description sur AirBnB. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. 2 problèmes cependant: les instructions pour accéder a l’appartement ou à la place de parking sont inexistantes (2 bios, localisation dans la résidence, ouverture des portes de parking très compliquée…) et le bruit des voisins car la résidence est ancienne

    The place was very spacious with an incredible view of the water. The team has been very hands on with all our requests and reply immediately. Although I would recommend them to keep a few extra towels, toilet papers and dustbin bags from before, specially when there’s a big group like ours. Apart from that the stay was fantastic, I would definitely recommend the place to my friends and family.
