    A wonderful apartment, stylish and beautifully appointed with an absolutely amazing panoramic view of the bay of Juan les Pins from the balcony. There are tennis courts and a swimming pool on site, the beach is an easy walk, as are both Antibes and Juan les Pins. Agent very good to deal with and attentive. Will be definitely be back

    Je recommande vivement cet appartement entièrement rénové. TOUT est neuf, c'est vraiment TOP. La vue sur toute la baie et la mer depuis le balcon est à couper le souffle. Tout est accessible à pied: la mer, les commerces, les restaurants. Il y a des piscines, courts de tennis, table de ping pong, babyfoot etc... au pied de l'immeuble dans le superbe parc. Un petit coin de paradis!

    We have spent 3 days and nights in Antibes, travelling from Paris to Cote D'Azur. The flat at Chemin la Pinede was found beyond expectstions and reasonably priced, including cark Park at the building sellar nearby. Recommended as comfortable accommodation.

    Appartement très spacieux et lumineux, avec une super vue sur la ville, la mer et l'île st Marguerite. Très bien équipé et bien placé, même si la voiture n'est pas de refus car ça monte et descend beaucoup. Plusieurs commerces à proximité et un large choix de plages. La piscine, le balcon, la climatisation et le parking sont vraiment un plus. La piscine est très grande, il y a la place pour nager même quand il y a du monde. Nous le recommandons vraiment.

    L'appartement est superbe, bien meublé, confortable et impeccable..tout est neuf. La vue du balcon sur la mer est "à couper le souffle" L'emplacement est idéal, tout est à proximité à pied (mer, restaurants, commerces…) L'endroit est magnifique, l'immeuble de standing est situé dans un grand parc clôturé avec des jardins superbes, des piscines bien entretenues, des courts de tennis et un pool house. Le lieu est paisible, on a l'impression d'entrer dans un cocon dès qu'on passe le portail. Je recommande vivement.

    The beautiful panoramic views help to make this place extra special. It’s sparkling clean, in a good location - Juan Les Pins station is 15mins walk away, shops 10mins and the beach about 20mins. We hired a car for the 4 days we were there and ended up only using it for transferring from and to Nice Airport - the train was so convenient! The complex has it's own secure grounds with beautiful shrubbery and the swimming pool is sparkling clean and very handy. Everything has been considered to ensure a very comfortable and memorable stay. We can-not recommend this highly enough and will endeavour to book it again when we head back to the Antibes area.

    We really enjoyed our stay in Antibes. Nicolas and his team were so facilitating, they allowed us to check in early and minded our bags when we checked out. The apartment is fully equipped. The complex and pool area is great and very well maintained. We had everything we needed. It is a very short walk to the beach and shops in Juans Les Pins and about 20 minute walk to the center of Antibes. I would recommend highly and have no complaints, we would like to come back!

    Appartement spacieux, très lumineux, avec une belle vue (7e étage): mer, piscine.. La climatisation est très appréciable, vous avez deux matelas à disposition pour la piscine. Également raquettes et balles de ping pong (plusieurs tables, entre la piscine et de 2 courts de tennis). Dehors, un coin lecture et un autre endroit avec plusieurs baby foot. Le gardien et les résidents sont agréables et polis :) Grande piscine chauffée à 27 degrés : super! ainsi qu’un petit bassin (non chauffé pour enfants). Un cours d’aquagym est donné tous les matins vers 9h30-10h par une retraitée résidente (dans la bonne humeur!). Toilettes et douches sur place: parfait ! Avec parasols et tables: tout y est. Tout se fait à pied en à peine 5mn: plage, pharmacie, boulangerie, Spar, papeterie.. Le supermarché Casino est accessible en quelques minutes en voiture, 7j/7 jusqu’à minuit. Un parking en souterrain et de quoi se garer à l’extérieur. Replay avec Orange disponible. Cuisine: tout y est! (Grille pain, lave vaisselle, congélateur, ustensiles.. il faut apporter vos Tupperware). J’ai passé un très bon moment et Nicolas est un hôte parfait! Réactif, aux petits soins, il vous donne également des idées de choses à faire. Très disponible, ce fut vraiment appréciable, c’est de loin, le meilleur hôte.. Accueil parfait, équipe au top, je vous conseille vivement ! :))) Au plaisir pour une prochaine réservation. Frédérique

    Meine Tochter und ich waren 6 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und wir können sie absolut, zu 100%, weiterempfehlen. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, mit allen wichtigen Details ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer top gepflegten Wohnanlage mit prima Annehmlichkeiten, wie eigenem Pool, Tischtennisplatten und einem Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Die Aussicht ist wahrlich atemberaubend und wertet die Wohnung zusätzlich noch enorm auf. Die Strände, das Zentrum von Juan Les Pins und viele Geschäfte sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso die Altstadt von Antibes mit einem überschaubaren Spaziergang. Wir brauchten das Auto lediglich, um nach Nizza, Cannes und den superschönen Strand am Cap zu gelangen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief ebenso hervorragend und sie geben einem auch wertvolle Tips zu Restaurants, Ausflugmöglichkeiten, usw. Wenn ich wieder mit meiner Tochter nach Antibes komme, dann auf jeden Fall in diese Wohnung.

    We, family of three icluding a grown up daughter even living abroad, have spent some lovely days at Antibes, at Chemin de la Pined, travelling for some days across France by car before coming to Antibes. The flat was found beyond expectation, stylish, clean and well equipped. Instead of going out for a dinner at local restaurants, at least sometimes our followers should consider having it at the terrasse with sea view to the bay. Shortly speaking, the flat is generally recommended as a very good value for money.

    Amazing views from the apartment, we spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the breathtaking sunsets. Pool area was busy with children but it was still a nice option to have for sunbathing and relaxing. Shops and bakeries available just few minutes walk away which was very convenient. Perfect place for a couple.

    Gorgeous location. View in the balcony is stunning. Quiet and safe neighbourhood , perfectly being away of the tourists chaos in Nice / Cannes, yet close to everything essentials you need. Parking is a bonus, but you do need a small car . I’m less than 100 lbs and driving a small Peugeot, I have to squeeze myself in/out every time. And strictly follow the parking guide provided by Nicolas , otherwise it’s like in an underground maze. It’s fun as a game.

    Nous avons passé six jours dans ce logement géré par Nicolas et son équipe. Malheureusement, l'accueil s'est très mal passé et des erreurs ont été commises: on nous a tout d'abord remis les mauvaises clés sans la télécommande pour accéder au garage, puis nous n'avons pas pu entrer tout de suite dans le logement parce qu'il était verrouillé par une autre serrure dont nous n'avions pas la clé. Nous avons du attendre près d'une heure que l'équipe d'entretien vienne nous ouvrir et fasse rapidement le ménage (qui n'avait pas été fait!). Bref, ce fut une expérience d'accueil très pénible, d'autant plus que nous avons un bébé de quelques mois qui n'était pas particulièrement heureux d'attendre aussi longtemps. Cela dit, Nicolas s'est excusé pour ces erreurs et nous a remboursé notre première nuit, geste que nous avons apprécié de sa part. Autrement, le logement en tant que tel nous a bien plu, est très bien situé et offre une vue magnifique. Nous avons somme toute bien apprécié notre séjour.

    This is one of the best Airbnb apartments we have stayed in. A peaceful location, set within landscaped grounds with great amenities. We did not have a car, although there is secure parking available. It's around a 15 minute walk to Antibes and 10 minutes to Juan-les-Pins. The views from the large balcony are amazing and the apartment is exactly as per the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean and the service from Nicolas and the team excellent. Highly recommended.

    Breathtaking view! We enjoyed every second we spent on the terrace. Sunsets were just precious. Separate kitchen was very handy as we could make early breakfasts without disturbing our children sleeping in the living room. Garage is a bit strange and not easy to get, but having underground parking in such a busy area during hot days was very good. Don't forget to take tennis raquets if you're a fan (both big tennis and ping-pong are available). Thanks you Nicolas And The Bnbhere Team for our great vacation experience!

    Ce logement étaitfranchement impeccable belle qualité cuisine complete, salle de Bains complete, tellementde petites attentions à l'arrivée, shampoing gel douche, etc comme q l'hôtel, lit très confortable vue extérieure magnifique, arrivée très facile départégalement que demander de plus. Par contre sur le balcon tous les bruits résonnent énormément dans la résidence alors si vous prévoyez comme moi de faire des dîners tard le soir avec la télé en fond et fenêtre ouverte cela causera malheureusement de soucis à ma copropriété, mieux vaut si vous dîner tard rester à l'intérieur fenêtre fermée pour éviter tout soucis. Superbe séjour merci beaucoup !

    Lovely apartment up on the 7th floor of a quiet block, with direct views over the pool and tennis courts. It's a great complex - the pool is suitable for children and adults and the gardens are well-maintained. The walk to Juan Les Pins or Antibes (or Juan Les Pins train station for going further afield) is easy, but a bit of an uphill trek on the way back. The apartment has everything needed for cooking simple meals and we found it quiet, cool and dark at night (thanks to air-con and metal blinds), making it a great place to get a good night's sleep. All in all it was good value and we would stay there again. Do take some washing power / capsules with you as it's a pain to have to buy those, and they do not provide any! Dishwasher tablets were provided.

    Overall we really liked the apartment. The views are amazing and the sunsets too. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely balcony. It is an easy walk to Antibes and all of the local amenities. The pool and grounds are very well maintained. We had some issues with the keys when we arrived, it wasn't obvious how to get the key out of the door once we had unlocked the door, which caused some frustration. Our biggest issue with the apartment was the lack of cleanliness, it was not as described as clean and was very dusty and dirty in places. There was sand on both of the sofas and on the floor and the bathrooms had a build up of dust, it didn't feel clean.

Die Wohnung ist schöner als auf den Photos , sehr hell ,schöner Balkon , überraschend leise durch die Anordnung der Hochäuser um den Gartenbereich.Wie beschrieben windabhängig deutlicher Fluglärm durch landende Flugzeuge . Sehr umfangreiche und hilfreiche Anleitungen für Wohnung und Umfeld . Weg zum Parkplatz umständlich aber nach einigen Versuchen haben wir die französische Logik begriffen . Die Parkgarage ist wirklich sehr niedrig und sehr eng (wir haben keinen SUV!) . Wege zum Supermarkt und zu kleinen Geschäften , Strand und Altstadt Antibes sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu bewältigen - man braucht vor Ort kein Auto . Unbedingte Weiterempfehlung der Wohnung und des Teams !!!

    Appartement très agréable avec des équipements de qualité (service de table en porcelaine, four, lave-vaisselle, bonne litterie) et quelques petites choses qui font la différence (éponge neuve, gel douche, etc). Vue magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes environnantes.

    Superbe vue de l appartement et belle terrasse .Logement très bien situé , proche commerces et mer , terrains de tennis et Ping Pong .Équipement global confortable ( notamment literie chambre top)et propreté générale impeccable. L emplacement de stationnement indispensable.
