  1. Appartement tout confort idéalement situé

    Nous avons apprécié cet appartement de centre ville et situé à moins de 100 mètres de la mer. L’appartement est confortable, décoré et très bien équipé. Lorsque nous reviendrons à Antibes, ce sera sans hésiter que nous louerons à nous cet appartement.

    Appartement idéalement situé par rapport à la plage et au vieil Antibes, très bien équipé et entretenu. Climatisation efficace et agréable, ce qui permet d'être au calme, fenêtres fermées, car la circulation automobile est continue et bruyante, comme dans toute ville de la Côte d'Azur en été. Accueil de Mikhael très efficace et sympathique

    Excellent appartement, idéalement placé au cœur de la ville d’Antibes et à 2 pas de la vieille ville et de la mer. L’appartement est super propre et très bien équipé. L’accueil est quasiment irréprochable, la réactivité de l’hôte également. Le seul bémol concerne la climatisation un peu défectueuse dans les chambres pour les personnes sensibles à la chaleur. Le reste est parfait.

    What a great experience! We booked this apartment at the last minute because our original Airbnb was canceled hours before our very early flight to Nice. The listing was attracted me because of its location and modern apartment. The pictures really don’t do it complete justice. The location is great! Steps from the sea and near any and everything. The balcony has a good view and is perfect for early morning espresso or late afternoon wine! The accommodations were extremely comfortable and all amenities was top notch. Antibes is very cute and has tons of personality. You can walk everywhere! Very short drive to Nice and short train rides everywhere. The team/owners were the best to work with!!! They were extremely responsive and made everything seamless! Everyone was extremely kind and understanding. Given my level of frustration and angst with my having my previous Airbnb canceled it was very reassuring that good hosts.

    The location of this apartment is the best. Near the center and yet only 5min walk to the beaches. Huge asset was the parking space. It´s not easy to find public parking and besides that it is rather expensive, the underground parking was great. Note that the car is parked by using a car elevator, so extremely big vehicles might not fit. The flat is decorated very cosy and has stylish furniture. Nicolas and his team are operating on behalf of the owners, the communication is friendly and responsive. For visiting the surroundings of the Côte d´Azur and to have a nice feeling when you return after your day out this place is really nice.

    Overall our stay was good and we enjoyed the nice apartment in a beautiful location. Except for quite a bit of traffic noise, which is probably hard to avoid in Antibes, the apartment is great and very well equipped. However, we cannot recommend staying with Nicolas And The Bnbhere Team due to dishonest communication. Traveling with a baby in a stroller the elevator was important for us when deciding on apartments. Upon arrival we were told it had broken the day before, while in fact it was more than 2 months earlier according to a repair note posted on the blackboard and confirmed by the other residents. This means it was broken at the time of our booking and as such they could have asked if it would work for us. In addition to not doing that and lying about the time of break down, they were also slow to reply to our inquiries regarding the elevator and seemed to care little to fix it.

    Place is great. Very clean and modern with nice painting on the walls. Kitchen super equipped (juice maker, coffee machine, lots of pots, pans, cutlery), new fridge, oven, microvawe. Host responding very quickly. Maybe a little noisy in the morning, but worth to pay for being in the center (4 min walk from old town, 5 min to beach). You need to have good driving skills to get into garage :) (interesting idea to have a parking on minus 2 level with the lift ;) Generally great place!!

    Beautiful apartment, newly renovated, very modern and clean. Great kitchen and big bedrooms and bathroom. Perfect location right by old town and the beaches. Sea view from the terrace. Only downside is a bit of noise from the road beside,but that is difficult to avoid this centrally in Antibes.

    This is a wonderful property-my daughter and I stayed for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed Antibes as well easily visiting different areas of the Riviera. The apartment has great views and amenities, and is very comfortable and relaxing. Nicolas and BnBHere are superb hosts!

    Superbe appartement. Très propre. Les photos correspondent totalement à la réalité, appartement décoré avec goût et prestations hautes gammes. Spacieux et bon emplacement. Magnifique vue sur la mer. Tout le nécessaire est inclus dans l'appartement. Seul bémol la difficulté du parking qui est petit ... mais des places payantes sont disponibles devant. Je retournerai sans problème dans cette appartement.

    Wonderful apartment at the edge of the old city. It was right next to the sea wall so had a beautiful view every time we walked into the centre. The apartment was clean and modern. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to make some home cooked meals if we didn’t feel like going out to dinner. Overall a great place to stay in Antibes.
