    Very happy with the appartment and location. The view gives a could feeling from the first second we arrived. And just beeing in the middle of Antibes, with all the restaurants, close to Picasso museum.. its just great. The aircondition was perfect, and necessary since it was quite warm the days we stayed there. Our recommendations for future guests.

    Appartement moderne, conforme aux photos, en plein coeur du vieil Antibes, situé au dessus des bars, proche des commerces et à 2 minutes de la plage de la Gravette. Nous avons été accueillis par Mickaël qui est quelqu'un d' extrêmement sympathique, chaleureux et serviable...Durant ce court séjour, nous avons eu un souci avec une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain qui nous a obligé à interrompre notre soirée pour changer d'appartement à 23h. Ce désagrément a été géré au mieux par l'équipe Bnbhere, François Alain et Mickaël, et compensé par une nuit offerte et une flexibilité sur l'horaire de départ. Nous avons apprécié cet effort commercial et remercions toute l'équipe Bnbhere, très réactive et professionnelle. Petit bémol : Matelas peu épais et trop ferme (pour nous).

    François-Alain is a very nice host for our stay in Antibes! We have really enjoyed the apartment, especially the proximity of the sea. However, the kitchen equipment was a bit scarce. More kitchen equipment would have been nice. The location of the apartment is better than expected. The apartment is just half a minute from the sea and amidst the restaurants in the city centre.

    The apartment is in the center of the old city with a lot of bars and restaurants just outside the front door. The apartment is furnished for rent. It has no soul, but it's in good condition. There are things missing in the kitchen and you can not cook much, but if you just sleep in the apartment and go out and eat for lunch and dinner, it is just fine.

    We had an amazing stay! Nicolas was very helpful and friendly. The check-in was set to be at 4 pm but we were informed that we could check-in at 11 am already, which was very convenient, because we were tired from the journey. The location of the apartment is excellent - a two minute walk from the beach and close to all the restaurants or supermarkets you could ask for. The apartment was modern and clean and every room had an AC. From one side of the apartment you even had a view of the beach and sea. What really surprised us were the windows because they really isolated the sound from the street very well; so even if there were people in the bars in front of the house we could sleep soundly without disruption. We really recommend this apartment - it fulfilled every need and if we ever come to Antibes again we will gladly stay here. Thank you!

    Great location and amazing period building, the public areas will put many off as they're not well kept. I wouldn't worry about the noise as it's pretty soundproof and has all the basic amenities. Could do with some personality and furniture overall. Also you may need to pick the keys up from 10 mins away - which isn't great.

    Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Altstadt, unweit einer kleinen Badebucht und vielen Restaurants und Bars. Wie bereits von einigen erwähnt kann es an manchen Abenden und Vorallem am Wochenende etwas lauter werden, aber das bringt die zentrale Lage mit sich. Dafür lässt sich alles zu Fuß von dort erledigen :)

    Superb location with good views from the kitchen , bathroom and bedroom overlooking the beach next to Le Remparts. The apartment also overlooks the bars and restaurants from the lounge and second bedroom so you can watch the hustle & bustle of French life. The noise from the street was noticeable but not excessive so it didn’t disturb me. The rooms in the apartment are a good size and most importantly, clean and tidy. Communication with the host was excellent too.

    The apartment is conveniently located in the center of old Antibes. There are many restaurants around that are open until late at night. From the kitchen and the bedroom windows there is a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was really comfortable for 5 people. It was equipped with everything you need, perhaps there should be more plates and glasses. For our family, having a dishwasher would be more useful than a washing machine.

    Nicola's apartment is located in the center of the city of Antibes, in the best place with a very beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful sea with my children every day. There was often a shortage of warm showers for 4 family members, which is unique to old apartments in France. Also, on Friday and Saturday, the city was in a party mood, and there was a double structure soundproofing, but it felt a little noisy for us. The host, Nicola, was very kind and responded politely and quickly when there was a problem. The above problem is not their problem, but I will write that it will be helpful when choosing an apartment in the future.

    The apartment was in a great location, very central, with views of the sea from the side rooms and views of the street with restaurants and cafes at the front. Noise was not a problem for us. Some areas of the apartment would benefit from small improvements, for example damp around shower tray, and some marks on walls. Overall a lovely stay in a nice and convenient apartment. Keys need to be collected from an office 10 mins away, but they offer luggage storage on check in and out days which was useful.

    We enjoyed our stay, also it was not our first time in Antibes. The apartment was nice, spacious, close to the beach and in the centre of the night life. It could get a bit painted, it would get better impression of the cleanness. Which is super was milion reasons, just the nights were quite noisy for comfortable sleeping.

    Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Antibes verbracht und insbesondere von der tollen Lage der Wohnung profitiert. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben teilweise selbst gekocht. Töpfe, Geschirr alles war vorhanden sogar Öl, Essig, Salz, etc. Das einzige, was fehlt ist die Spülmaschine. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und wir dürften in die Wohnung sogar etwas früher rein. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Agentur. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

    Das Appartement liegt superzentral mitten in der Altstadt, direkt am Hafen. Das Meer ist in Blickweite, traumhaft. Fussläufig ist das Picasso Museum, der Hafen und sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns mit 3 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt, es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bilder.

    La propriété est très bien placée et spacieuse. Les hôtes se n’y a l’écoute. Les draps et serviettes sont impeccables. Cependant Les lits ne sont pas faits, il y a des taches sur les oreillers, les duvets sont pas super propre . La douche est en fait une douchette entartrée qui est cassée ( elle ne tient pas sur son support). Le mobilier et l’electromenager sont vraiment ce qui se fait de moins cher. La cuisine ne contient que très peu de vaisselle: pas de saladier, de couteau de cuisine, l’épluche légume est nul. Pas de lave vaisselle, évier minuscule, égouttoir à vaisselle trop petit. Poussière sur les plinthes, murs tachés, les toilettes sont sales, le plafond salle de bain est moisi. Parquet abîmé. Il faut faire le ménage mais il n’y a ni serpillière, ni éponge , ni produit de nettoyage. Les portes intérieures ne ferment pas. Pas de tables de nuit dans une des chambre. EXTREMEMENT BRUYANT A CAUSE DE LA RUE ET DU VOISIN. 2eme étage sans ascenseur. Toilettes dans SDB.
