   New, nice, spacious, and comfortable apartment. Quiet location. The center of Juan-les-Pins is about a 15-minute walk away, the center of Antibes about 20 minutes on foot. Both are pleasant walks. The whole building is new and in great condition. There are nice views from the large balconies. The apartment is all around well-equipped. I highly recommend it.

    Our multi-generational family loved our stay in Antibes. This part of the world is truly a gem and we loved every aspect of the culture, landscape and people. We can’t wait to return to the south if France. Here are our full thoughts bulleted: - The location is convenient. We didn’t mind walking 15 minutes in either direction to old Antibes or Juan-Les-Pins. We also had two rental cars but liked the option of walking when we weren’t exploring further away beaches and sites. - Secure and safe apartment with multiple gates - Size of the apartment is excellent. We were a group of four adults and two young kids and didn’t feel squished. There are multiple balconies that augment the space well. The view from the balcony with a dining table is so lovely and we enjoyed eating and having drinks out there. - Apartment is well equipped for cooking. Beds are comfortable. Place is very clean! - The pool is small and there are no lounge chairs but still a great option for a quick dip in the afternoon. - Supermarket is so close. Walking distance or a few minute drive away - This place is a private residence and there are certain rules that have to be followed. Our young children loved jumping in the pool but a resident didn’t appreciate that and complained about the noise. We then didn’t return to the pool because we felt unwanted. It may not be the best apartment if your kids are loud/too young. - The management company could have been more hospitable. We said we we would arrive at the management company at noon for the keys. We ended up arriving at 12:10 and they were gone to lunch already (despite the sign saying lunch hours are 12:30-2). They returned around 3 pm and no messages were exchanged during their extended lunch break. We occupied our time fine but it was an unexpected annoyance. Traveling with two young kids makes things more complicated so this made us adjust plans at the last minute. - Overall, we would return to this listing but not until our kids are older.

    Un appartement magnifique et confortable, tout neuf, très, très propre, de très nombreux équipements (en fait, tout y est), du fer à repasser en passant par la cafetière Nespresso, etc. Très belle vue sur la baie de Juan & les îles de Lérins. De nombreux rangements, deux parking sécurisés dont un très large (pour PMR). Résidence très calme. Mieux vaut avoir une voiture ou transport public pour accéder aux commerces et au centre ville (Juan ou Antibes)

    Acceuil formidable et chaleureux, appartement nickel, lits très confortables. Appartement très propres et bien équipé. Garage pour garer les voitures. Communication très bonne. Ils ont été très compréhensif car on a eu une panne de voiture et avons dû rester un peu plus longtemps que prévus dans l’appartement ce qui a permis à bebe d’être dans de bonnes conditions en attendant la dépanneuse. Mille merci je recommande à 300%. Et très bon rapport qualité prix.

    Appartement parfaitement conforme à sa description : spacieux, calme, éclairé, confortable, bien situé, propre avec jolies terrasses et équipement de qualité. Nicolas s’est montré très réactif et arrangeant. C’est un des meilleurs logements AirBnB que nous avons eu l’occasion de louer. Si je devais trouver un axe d’amélioration c’est celui de l’équipement de cuisine qui gagnerait à être étoffé : il manque un four micro-ondes et qqs plats pour de la cuisine simple (plat à quiches, par ex.)

    Appartamento nuovo in un palazzo nuovo con tutte le comodità, soprattutto il garage per l'auto. Per chi ama camminare, in 15 minuti si raggiunge la costa di Juan Les Pins, in 30 minuti quella di Antibes (attenzione: salite e discese, essendo tutta la zona collinare). Zona residenziale, perciò solo lungo le due coste ci sono negozi e ristoranti. Veramente unica pecca: un wc di uno dei bagni è posizionato troppo stretto rispetto al muro, molto scomodo.

    Superbe appartement dans une résidence toute récente, avec une belle vue sur la mer depuis les 3 terrasse. Un calme absolu au dernier étage, aucun bruit et des lits très confortables. Les 3 salles de bain sont un plus très appréciables ! Très bonne communication, claire et détaillée avec l'équipe en charge de la location. Un peu loin à pied des restaurants et de la vieille ville d'Antibes, donc une voiture est quand même préférable, surtout avec une météo maussade, c'est sans doute plus faisable l'été. A noter, le grand magasin casino ouvert 24/24 à 300 mètres de la maison, bien pratique.

    Alles ist so, wie in den vorangegangenen Bewertungen berichtet. Es ist sehr ruhig im Haus und in der Umgebung. Perfekt, um zu chillen und abzuhängen. Die Nachbarn haben einen immer freundlich gegrüßt (kenne ich aus anderen Airbnb-Unterkünften anders). Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Wir haben morgens auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Großartig fand ich persönlich den zweiten Fernseher (Netflix) im Schlafzimmer. Die Betten waren bequem. Alles war perfekt organisiert, vom Check-Inn bis zur Abreise. Fragen an das Team von Nicolas wurden sofort beantwortet. Vielen Dank nochmals!!! Wir hoffen bald wieder kommen zu können. Gruß an Nicolas And The Bnbhere Team

    Хорошие чистые аппартаменты, все как в описание. Удобный балкон для ужина, на кухне есть много посуды и посудомойка. Не хватило микровалновки. Очень тихий район. Удобный гараж для машины, есть возможность заряжать электромашину в гараже. Получение ключей очень простое. Хозяин всегда на связи, на все впоросы отвечал очень быстро.

    Rigtig fin lejlighed i et roligt område i Antibes. Man skal igennem to porte for at komme til lejligheden, så man føler sig tryg. Lejligheden er dejlig stor og med alt, hvad der behøves. Supermarked Casino ligger ret tæt på, og der er gåafstand på 15 minutter til den gamle bydel i Antibes. Der hører en lækker stor garage til lejligheden - den største i kælderen, så der er god plads til bilen, og der er sørget for en god eltavle, der kan tåle at lade bilen op. Vi havde en god tid i lejligheden, og værterne svarer ret hurtigt på evt. spørgsmål.

The apartment is exactly as described..very modern highly equipped and extremely clean..3 bedrooms-3 showers- 2 toilets…3 separate terraces with amazing sea/ city views..highly secured with 2 car garages..nice shared swimming pool..all within a well organized / maintained new compound ..beaches/ supermarket/ Antibes/ Juan-Les-Pins all within 7 to 20 minutes walking distance..Surly one would be lucky if he get to stay in this apartment..

    Había que recoger y dejar las llaves en una agencia a 10 minutos en coche. Aunque mandaron instrucciones de acceso fue algo complicado de llegar al piso. El apartamento no había sido limpiado de forma correcta lo que hizo más incómodo estar en el mismo. Lo reclamamos y querían enviar un equipo de limpieza, circunstancia que era poco viable siendo ya de noche y con la necesidad de deshacer las maletas, por lo que llegamos a un acuerdo económico. La respuesta por parte de Nicolás fue correcta en todo momento. La zona es residencial y en las afueras. La cama matrimonial es pequeña y las dos camas en una de las habitaciones también lo son y solo aptas para niños. Echamos en falta un microondas. El garaje es cómodo. El baño de la habitación matrimonial tiene un olor desagradable.

    2nd time we stayed in this apartement and everything was as expected. communication with the team was perfect, we were evwn allowed to check-in earlier than planned. very bice residence, appartement was clean, comfortable beds, enough bathrooms. the terrace with beautiful Seaview is a perfect add on to have brekfast in the morning. Garage is big and easy to access. We didn't use the swimmingpool. It's a nice to have to refresh quickly, but there are no sunloungers or chairs, so it's not designed to spend time there. Kitchen could be equipped a bit better, some bigger bowls, some more coffee mugs, cutting board and frying pan turner missing. Checkout is set for 10am wich is very early, noon would make it more convenient. We like the place and if plans allow, we will come back to this apartment!

    Schöne, saubere und moderne Unterkunft in der Nähe der Altstadt von Antibes. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten in der Altstadt. Tiefgarage, Aufzug und mehrere Balkone vorhanden. Wir empfehlen es gern weiter, da wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben.

    Von Buchen bis zur Rückzahlgung der Kaution lief alles reibungslos. Wir kamen erst in der Nacht an, auch da war da check-in kein Problem da die Schlüssel im Nachtressor abgeholt werden konnten. Das Apartment und das Haus sind sehr schön. Ein grosser Plus ist die Garage. Dia Parkplatz lage ist sehr schlecht, daher ist eine eigene Garage Goldwert. Das Appartment liegt 15-20 Geh Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Zum Antibes selbst, man sollte auf jeden Fall auf die andere Seite des Hügels gehen, der Teil der Stadt ist viel schöner als das wo der Sandstrand liegt.
