   We are a family of 5 from the US that stayed in this comfortable apartment located in the heart of the old city. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Nicolas and his team addressed all minor challenges with kindness, promptness, and professionalism. Being in the old part of town, there is no traffic since this is a walking-only part of this charming city. It is convenient to walk anywhere from here since it is centrally located. There is a Carrefour close in the plaza for quick groceries and many small cafés and shops nearby. Note that in this apartment, you go up 2 flights of stairs to be on what would be a US 3rd floor, 2nd floor in France. This was fine for our family, but just thinking if you had an elderly family member or if you have any physical challenges - there is no elevator. This apartment comes with a parking spot in a underground lot, about a 5 min walk away. This was key for us since we took French language classes everyday in 2 separate locations (kid/adult classes) north of the city about 15 min drive away. This place is definitely a must if you rent a car! We also needed one for trips to Grasse and to Aix-en-Provence to see friends. If you do not rent a car and plan to stay mainly in the city, a car is not necessary as you can easily catch a train or bus to surrounding cities like Nice or Cannes for sightseeing. The air conditioning was top notch - there are 2 units in the common areas, so note that you will have to keep bedroom doors open to benefit from the cool air. Our family didn’t mind this. We had a couple of problems that were addressed immediately and promptly. When we arrived, there was no bedding for the pull out sofa and the TV didn’t work at all. One of Nicolas’ kind team members immediately brought the sheets and Nicolas himself came to address the TV when his member also could not get the TV to work. Our 2nd day, the water heater stopped working, and again, Nicolas and his brother came out immediately to fix some security valve/switch that had triggered the loss of hot water. The apartment also had a couple of beach umbrellas and a sand mat to use for your day at the beach. If you need beach towels, I recommend that you bring them as there are none. If I had to make any suggestion for Nicolas and his team, it would be that - perhaps provide additional bigger towels! .. and I’m totally nit picking here! His team was great! The rest of our stay was enjoyable and completely relaxing.

   Het appartment is erg ruim en heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken en twee airco's. Ook is het erg prettig dat er twee badkamers zijn. Het appartment ligt goed gelegen in het centrum van Antibes met een bakker, supermarkt, apotheek en restaurants om de hoek. Ook is het strand op loopafstand. Enig puntje is dat de tuin op de foto niet boj het appartement hoort.

    This apartment was situated in a perfect location ! Near to shops, restaurants and public transport. The apartment was a good size and had all the amenities you would expect. The bathrooms were extremely clean with plenty of hot water. The team looking after us were extremely friendly and helpful. The office was very close to the apartment, so useful for queries and solutions. The only niggling points were that there was a smell of drains occasionally, but the office was extremely helpful and came round to fix straight away. The kitchen utensils were a little grubby, but we washed them all in the dishwasher before using. Overall, well worth what we paid for it and plenty bigger enough for 6 people.

    Appartment had great location, we were close to everything in Antibes, is was clean and well equipped. Hosting agency was friendly and fast in response. For those who has a sensitive sleep, it shall be noted that appartmemt is located in an old building, it definitelly has its charm, but has a limited noise isolation at the same time.

    Great communication from booking to check out. Location was perfect for exploring Antibes. Access to secure car park only a few minutes walk from apartment was a huge plus as parking in Antibes is otherwise very difficult and expensive. Would stay again.

    Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema! Le istruzioni per la casa erano chiare e precise, la casa corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione. La posizione è ottima. Unica pecca della casa forse è il forno che purtroppo fa troppo fumo quando viene usato e abbiamo preferito non rischiare! Per il resto nulla da dire, tutto ottimo!
