    Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage.. direkt an der Altstadt und nur 700 Meter zum Strand, die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen super geeignet. Besonders gut ist die Tiefgarage, denn freie Parkplätze für einen Mietwagen sind nicht zu finden. Nicolas und sein Team haben in besonderer Weise einenfrühen Bezug der Wohnung möglich gemacht, da ich schon um 10.00 in Antibes war und es in Strömen geregnet hat… sehr nett!

    Nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût.Tres propre avec une literie confortable. Emplacement plein centre ville pour tous faire a pied. garage en sous sol sécurisé très appréciable. grand balcon. agence à 10metres pour la récupération et la restitution des clés. je recommande fortement. Bon rapport qualite /prix merci Nicolas!!!

    We really enjoyed our stay in Nicolas's place. It was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect (close to old town, close to groceries, close to the train station, close to the beach, with parking). We arrived late and thanks to very clear directions we were able to navigate both the parking elevator and apartment without any issue. The large terrace was a huge plus, especially with warm weather. Likely many who visit this area plan to eat out for most meals. However, we really enjoyed going to the market and cooking. The kitchen was not particularly suited for a lot of cooking, as it is pretty basic in supplies. We still really enjoyed our stay and recommend this flat, but mention it for anybody looking to do extensive cooking while staying here.

    Vi var supernöjda med denna lägenhet! Vi är en familj på 5 personer, 2 vuxna & 3 barn som trivdes jättebra med allt i lägenheten. Vi upplevde lägenheten som rymlig med bra planlösning samt mycket fräsch. Boendet uppfyllde alla våra förväntningar och ligger fantastiskt bra till i Antibes med närhet till både restauranger, butiker och stränder. Att ha möjligheten att parkera bilen i garaget i källaren kändes toppen och väldigt tryggt. Antibes är fantastisk, vi kommer igen och skulle med glädje hyra denna lägenhet då också. Extra plus till lägenhetens värd som alltid svarar snabbt och var väldigt trevlig! 🌟

    Nicolas and the team were great and the apartment was in a perfect location, very quiet at night but just minutes away from the beach, the old town centre and the train station. Everywhere was easily walkable with beautiful beaches and old town street and square etc. The air chilling system in the apartment was not as cool as actual air conditioning but it was almost silent so better in that respect, the nights were pretty warm but we stayed for 2 very hot weeks!

    Spacious apartment in very good location. 1 minute to the old town, but without the limitations of space in old town apartments. The apartment is stylish, but lacking character. IKEA furniture, with budget amenities around the apartment. Some of other apartments in France had that local vibe created from small details, not necessarily expensive, but cosy. None of this in this one. The space definitely needs maintenance: broken table, chairs, non functioning closets, unclean ventilation filters. Kitchen frying pans were destroyed, some basic things missing too. It was very unclean too: dust everywhere, kitchen was messy too. We did the cleaning ourselves. Great that the agency which is managing this apartment fixed most of the things swiftly. Like changing destroyed frying pans, broken light bulbs and few other small items. Kudos to them. The flat has amazing location and space inside, but simple things like cosiness, maintenance and cleanness prevents from recommending i

    Emplacement ideal a a limite du viel antibes et du centre ville, avec place de parking. Tres spacieux, terrasse mignonne. Deco zen et reposante. Table a manger pas terrible, mais l'agencement du salon est vraiment a revoir. Impossible de regarder la tele qui en plus d'etre toute petite n'a rien pour s'asseoir devant. Et y'a aussi helas le bruit d'une ventilation constante qui peut porter sur les nerfs de certaines personnes. mais rien que pour son emplacement, sa proprete (frais de menage eleves), sa taille, il en vaut le coup.

    The property is excellent. Located within easy walking distance of all attractions and restaurants in Antibes. There are a few things that would enhance the experience of staying in the property. Firstly there needs to be some basic instructions for operating washing machine, dishwasher, oven and heating/air conditioning. Also there needs to be more glasses and cutlery particularly if 4 people were in the property. Final soap should be provided in the toilet and the bathroom. These are minor points which are easy to fix but would make a positive difference to this excellent property.

    La table et le canapé du salon étaient très inconfortables. Il n'y avait pas de savon fourni et les couverts de la cuisine étaient sales. Les chambres étaient propres mais la propriété est mal équipée. Ne recommanderais pas pour un long séjour. Cependant, l’appartement est très central.
