    Nicola's place looked exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious for 4 girls, and in a cool and quiet neighborhood. The drive to most tourist attractions was 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, so not too bad. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Claims to have a dryer but its a drying rack. Only provided enough soap/shampoo for 1 person to use 2 times (for a 6 person/7 day stay). Host didn't speak English (listing says English French speaking host) and would not pick the phone. Halfway through our stay, the door lock stopped working and the host told us to deal with it ourselves. The neighbors told us previous guests had the same issue. after arguing, he agreed to send a locksmith. The locksmith never showed, so we called our own and asked him to pay the bill. The host said we would have to wait for their locksmith (who was unreachable at the time). The locksmith we called was charging too much money. Eventually he agreed to pay for our locksmith breaking the lock, but not to replace it. Nicolas sent another locksmith to place a temp lock at night and a permanent one the next morning. The ordeal took 6 hours and left us mentally drained. However, the neighbors are kind and the apartment is beautiful

    The apartment is beautiful . The location is residential with lovely restaurants and markets nearby. The building was very quiet and clean. The cleaners didn't clean the flat properly so when we arrived there was hair in the sink of the bathroom ,food leftovers in the fridge and the stairs where dusty and dirty. the rooms are very warm and have no AC therefore it is not nice to stay in high summer.Even with windows open the temperature won't go down as the bedrooms are in the attic . If the cleaners clean the flat properly and you are in Paris when is not to hot then the flat is perfect.

    My family stayed here for 2 ½ weeks and our stay was amazing! The place was big and spacious just like the description of the listing. I loved how safe and secure the property is. Our hosts were very responsive to our needs upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again!

    1. The apartment has one large window over 2 floors which provides a well-lighted dinning/living area, however, being the windows towards west, it took a lot of sunlight and heat and made the apartment rather warm thus we had to open the windows in the night to cool it down which brought a lot of mosquitos into the apartment, we could not sleep very well in the nights although we used mosquito repellent. 2. A few hours before our arrival, the fire alarm went on in the apartment with nobody there thus the fire brigade had to break into the apartment through a window. We were on our way to Paris at that time and were asked what we happened there for which we had no idea. We were lucky, if this had happened during our time in the apartment it would be complicated to explain. 3. The host changed the room key and just left a message at airbnb, we didn't check airbnb message while having sightseeing and got panic finding the key not working when returning to the apartment in the midnight.

    We arrived late for Check-in after missing our Ferry due to Traffic in UK. We arrived at 02:30 and had an issue with our parking which caused some problems ( due to the language barrier) but got it sorted the next day. Can't blame the Host it was late at night. The last door code was not clear so had to video chat the host and he helped us sort that out again he was so helpful despised the early hours of the morning. Top man The flat was well-presented and clean. Great location lots of shops and cafes nearby plenty of Halal food within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Small issue with the flat Needs more pillows More fans (you can open windows but flys) No windows in the toilets Plus points TV with Netflix in each room Lovely family eating area Good quality furnishings Extra Shower in the laundry room Quick lift to the top floor very well maintained courtyard

    This place is very nice and bright. Was very room for our family of 5. I wish I could give it more stars, but it was not cleaned before we showed up, there was still clothes from the last guest along with food in the fridge. The sink was still dirty and floors had not been vacuumed, swept or mopped. Because of this my daughter has stepped on a piece of glass in one of the upstair bedrooms. We had to ask for toilet paper and coffee maker pods are at your own expense. Otherwise, neighbourhood is walkable, checked out the market and it was easy to get groceries and to the metro everyday.

    A fantastic stay at this lovely home! It was perfect for 6 of us (including 2 children and grandparents). The location was great, we were able to pick up the Metro and Bus links, plus supermarkets right on your doorstep. The hosts were really responsive when we needed something. A comfortable, cosy, clean home with all the facilities you would need. We had a great time and would recommend.
