   We had the good fortune of booking this apartment last minute and while we hesitated because it lacked reviews, we ultimately decided to try it given the host's other property reviews. And we were so happy we did! The hosts are beyond communicative, and did everything they could to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The property was in a newer building with parking and by far the best washer and dryer we used on our entire trip (5 properties). In fact it was a separate dryer which is pretty rare and nothing came out wrinkly. Each room had an en suite shower with one toilet in the hall. The rooms each had access to the back deck area which was pretty large and private. The place was quite quiet and very private feeling even though we were in the heart of Antibes, but very close to the beach and old town. Parking was tight with our Jeep Compass but it was secure and easily accessible. All in all, we really lucked out by getting this place and would highly recommend it to anyone!

   Great find, it’s always a gamble to book accommodation with only 1 previous review, but it was that review was spot on! Great location, modern, clean and a great price. Nicolas and team were always very helpful and responsive. Would definitely book this again.

   Very beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom apartment just 5 minutes walk to the beaches, 10 minutes walk to the market and old town of Antibes. Just next to the corner there is a small supermarket. Also 20-minutes walk to St Juan le Pins, so it has very convenient location. The appartment is new and very well equipped with kitchen stuff and everything you may need. It has air-condition which is probably necessary in June and a very unusual parking with lift. We enjoy this place very much and can highly recommend it!

   Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet appartement , les chambres et le séjour sont climatisées, ce qui est très appréciable, les meubles notamment la literie est de qualité les équipements aussi. Il faut juste penser à mettre un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine qui manquaient pour une personne qui aime cuisiner ainsi que deux autres chaises pour la table à manger. Rosa.

   Ottima posizione, alloggio fantastico e molto pulito. Piccolo imprevisto con l’asciugatrice ma il team ci ha gentilmente offerto un cambio di tovaglie per compensare il problema. Quindi consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per tutto anche per la vicinanza alla città vecchia bellissima e allegra. Ideale per i ragazzi. Grazie di tutto e alla prossima 😉

   Antibes ist eine super tolle Stadt. Das Appartement liegt strategisch mega gut.. man braucht das Auto eigentlich gar nicht . Ausflüge haben wir alles mit dem Zug gemacht sehr zu empfehlen bis zum Bhf sind es zu Fuss 15min. Einzig was uns dann doch bisschen gefehlt hat war eine etwas schönere Sitzgelegenheit draußen. Aber sonst war alles super 👍

   The apartment itself is perfectly functional & clean - good WifI and everything works really well. The best thing about this apartment however, is the location - walking distance from a fantastic Boulangerie, a reasonably priced supermarket, the beach and the Old Town. It also has a train station 15 minutes walk away so possible to travel up and down the coast without hiring a car. I also wanted to specifically note that the host allowed us to check out late due to the time of our flight home and said that we could leave our luggage at the agency - this was really appreciated and made our last day in Antibes part of the holiday instead of simply a travelling day. A really fantastic holiday.

    Apartment is in a great location right beside beaches, old town and the main square. Beds were comfortable. Shower was excellent. Building felt safe and secure. Nicolas kindly provided us with additional towels. Bedrooms are to the back of the apartment so we weren’t disturbed by traffic from the busy road outside. All in all, a good place to stay.

    Really nice, modern apartment in a block which is 100m from the sea and a 10 min walk from a centre of the old town. The apartment and the agency are easy to find and the staff are friendly and helpful.
