    Nous avons passé un beau séjour chez Nicolas. L'odeur d'humidité à l'arrivée s'est dissipée après aération et chauffage. Les photos laissaient entrevoir un plus grand appartement, mais nous nous sommes bien adaptés, nous avons été très bien. C'était calme et les gens de l'immeuble étaient sympathiques. La situation de l'appartement nous permettait de tout faire à pied et les stationnements étaient faciles à trouver. Nous recommanderions cet appartement.

    tolle Lage, in der Nacht sehr ruhig (trotz Strasse) Wir fanden Abfallreste vor, diese wurden aber sofort vor Ort entfernt. Nicolas hat die Entsorgung mit seinem Team sehr schnell organisiert, sodass wir nichts damit zu tun hatten.

    Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit sowie der großzügige Balkon. Auch wenn die Wohnung lediglich etwas über 30 Quadratmeter hat, so hatten wir ein paar tolle Tage mit unserer 15 Monate alten Tochter. Auf Fragen wurde super schnell geantwortet und auch die Lage war top, denn wir waren fußläufig schnell am Wasser und in der Altstadt von Antibes.

    The apartment is small but nice, very conveniently located, close to several beaches, bakery for morning croissants, great restaurants - all within walking distance. Cons: the windows face the street, quite noisy. It wasn't perfectly clean upon check-in, but they did an extra cleaning the very next day upon request. Overall, we liked it more than disliked it. Recommend for good price value. Thank you

    Es un apartamento muy pequeño, más de lo que parece en las fotos. Estaba un poco sucio, la cocina es demasiado pequeña y es incómoda hasta para hacer un desayuno. No había artículos de cortesía como las cápsulas específicas para la cafetera, un poco de aceite o una botella de agua. La terraza es grande pero no conseguimos subir uno de los toldos porque el mando estaba estropeado. Las cortinas no bajaban del todo. En definitiva, tiene una pésima relación calidad-precio.

    Absolutely loved our stay in Antibes! The apartment's central location was a dream, with the beach and old town just a short walk away. The apartment itself had all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The clear and thoughtful instructions from the host made check-in and navigating the space a breeze. The true highlight was the spacious balcony – it was simply the best, offering a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the views :)

Great base to discover the area, very clean, very friendly neighbours, good walking distance to the beach and old town. Plus, great organisation and super friendly hosts.     Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement avec mon conjoint et notre bébé de deux ans. Tout s’est très bien passé, l’agence nous a fourni tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un merveilleux séjour ( équipement plage, lit bébé …) . L’appartement est grand et très lumineux. La salle de bain était très pratique et belle également. Le plus agréable était la proximité à la plage, l’appartement est idéalement situé a 5 min de celle ci ! Sans hésiter nous repasserons par vous pour nos prochaines vacances sur Antibes. Merci encore à l’équipe de Nicolas and the bnbhere team !

    Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Fünfter Stock zur Straße, mit schönem Balkon zum Frühstücken. Der zugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist sicher und gut erreichbar. Etwas eng vielleicht und für Busse ungeeignet, da zu niedrig.
